Over the past 10 years, I've been passionate about helping clients reach their fullest potential through health and fitness. I strongly believe that functional training will give my clients the tools to move more efficiently while reaching their goals. I thrive on fitness and wellness being a part of my personal life. I've been an avid trail runner for the past 7 years and completed both marathon and ultra-marathon distances. I love the confidence I've built over the past few years from strength training too. It's also helped me become a better athlete and is a key part of injury prevention. I'm also a mother who can relate to other parents that struggle to make fitness a priority. I'm here to help parents incorporate fitness into their lives and advocate the importance of self-care.

Looking for a sweet treat to curb your "sweet tooth"? I love this mango ice cream recipe. It's super easy, creamy (but vegan) and it's healthy!


  • 6 cups diced mangos (freeze before processing)

  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • 3 whole mangos will make approximately 6 cups of diced mangos for this recipe. I like using ripe mangos versus previously frozen mangos because they are much sweeter. You can use previously frozen mangos but you'll lose the sweetness. Freeze diced mangos for 5-6 hours.

  • Take frozen mangos with 1 cup of light canned coconut milk and add to a food processor. Continue to blend for a couple of minutes until the texture becomes smooth. 

  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the food processor and mix into ice cream. 



This recipe only requires TWO ingredients!


  • 5 ripe bananas (bruised bananas are best!)

  • 1 cup cacao chunks or nibs


  • Dice 5 ripe bananas and freeze for 5-6 hours. You can use previously frozen/packaged bananas but just like the mango ice cream recipe, you may lose the sweetness.

  • After slices are frozen, add them to a food processor. Blend until texture is smooth.

  • Add 1 cup of cacao chunks or nibs and fold them into the banana mixture.

  • EXTRA: You can drizzle a tablespoon of peanut butter
